Low Back & Leg Release
Develop a deeper wide leg forward fold and release tension in the back of legs and low back. Countering deep folds with back bands to activate and strengthen the areas we are achy is vital. This sequence brings both in "back-to-back."
Segment 1 - On its own, a nice quick low-key practice
Segment 2 - A short warm-up before this sequence is helpful but not required.
Segment 3 - Low-key & restful, this can be practiced on its own but it sometimes involves deep stretches. Warming-up with the preceding practices will help prepare.
