Workplace Yoga is
a Smart Move

Implementing workplace wellness programs, such as yoga classes, can offer significant benefits for organizations.

Studies have shown that these initiatives can lead to a 6:1 return on investment, with 72% of employers observing reduced healthcare costs after implementation.

Additionally, such programs have been associated with a 16% reduction in absenteeism, contributing to increased productivity.

Workplace Yoga is one of my specialities. For over 10 years I've brought Yoga to both small and large business, both in-person and online. Yoga improves overall well-being as it addresses both body and mind — improving circulation throughout the body while optimizing focus, concentration, and problem-solving skills. Yoga at work benefits both employees and employers! All of my classes are tailored to the needs of each unique group, starting each session with a voluntary check-in where participants describe general aches and pains. From that, we create a relevant and cohesive class for the moment in the moment.

Since 2022, I've been teaching online and in-person classes for Health Alliance Plan (HAP), a subsidiary of Henry Ford Health, as part of their wellness program for various corporate, educational and local government entities.

With a background rooted in self-employment and experience in various corporate roles, I am passionate about integrating uplifting, life-enhancing practices into the workday. Practices like physical Yoga rejuvenate the body and mind while offering a deeper sense of purpose to the work we do.

Classes & Pricing

In the grand scheme of things, Yoga is one of the most cost-effective ways to enhance both well-being and workplace satisfaction. Fewer sick days, sharper focus, greater efficiency—Yoga is a small investment with big returns.

And I've had the pleasure of hearing this more than once in my ten years of corporate wellness work: "I could've worked from home today. But I literally came to work for Yoga."

So if you're looking to boost office presence, Yoga might just be the answer! And for those who work exclusively from home, I also offer Zoom classes.

Sessions start at $70. Custom packages available based on your needs.
