An excellent value for an individualized experience, these sessions utilize a specific technique (Yoga Nidra) to guide you into a deep relaxation so that you're even more receptive to the healing vibrations, assisting you in self-healing and spiritual elevation.

You will experience deep resonance and restoration in a space made for subtle shifts, externally and internally, as well as the potential for deep and lasting transformation. Settle fully into this moment of profound relaxation where seven crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes, sound out in a quiet space with excellent acoustics.

A brief check-in will help us become aware of where we are and where we're going, followed by the weaving of sound healing and a Yoga Nidra guided meditation created intuitively in the moment to fit the needs of the individual, even in the group setting. Sanskrit mantra and chanting are offered to assist in healing and transformation.

We close with a homemade herbal tea.

Personal Sessions may be shared with up to 2 of your guests — simply add $10 per guest.

Community Sessions allow a total of 3 individuals whom I personally know or know through a friend. Session cost is sliding between $30–45/person.
