Fire-up and Open-up

Back strengthening, chest opening, arm balance, leg balance, leg/hip strengthening and opening, neck release

Segment 1 - On its own, a nice quick low-key practice

Segment 2 - A short warm-up before this sequence is helpful but not required. 

Segment 3 - Low-key & restful, this can be practiced on its own but it sometimes involves deep stretches.  Warming-up with the preceding practices will help prepare.
