Sundays | Restore & Strengthen Yoga

Designated days will be practiced outside at Grant Park and will typically be hybrid classes so you can also practice at home. Check the calendar above to find out if a certain date is hybrid or not. Restore your energy, balance the body with strength and flexibility, and open up the heart and mind to this deeper spiritually-centered practice. Please have props handy (yoga blocks, firm blankets or pillows).
Tuesdays | Relaxing Yoga for Evening Peace
6:00 - 6:30 pm
30 minutes
​Short, sweet, effective. End the workday and start the evening right with a 30 minute relaxing Yoga practice. This brief class will help you experience an inner harmony through a series of de-stressing Yoga postures followed by a period of rest while you listen to beautiful harmonic singing bowls and bamboo chimes. We often start and close by chanting OM to come back to the Source. Let the stresses of the day go and open up to peace.
Wednesdays | Yoga Refresh & Energize

Take a break with me and hit the refresh button! I'm on the computer most of the day so I personally enjoy taking this "time out." We often start by chanting OM to come back to the Source. You'll also hear live sounds of crystal singing bowls and bamboo chimes while you rest at the end of class. This practice is meant to life you energetically while also neutralizing tension.
Saturdays | Stress Release for Open Body & Mind
9:00 - 10:00 am
60 minutes
Releasing tension & stress helps us cope with life, but further than that, it helps us experience the deeper essence of who we truly are. This session opens up body & mind with various techniques, such as movement, breath, chanting, affirmation, visualization & sound healing. Longer held postures promote flexibility & circulation; gentle core-work & balancing support the skeletal structure. A sound healing session helps you to open up to the soul's wisdom & enter into peace.
